- Provide 1st line software support to clients in line with defined CX process and procedure
- Working through retail customer queries and challenges through to resolution in line with Customer SLA agreements
- Interactions, Engagements and training with our customers through operations meetings, video link, via phone and email
- Proactively look for ways to provide added-value service to our retail customers
- Identify opportunities for process optimization and redesign within the retail system
- Various activities to support the 2nd line support and DBA Teams
- Provide and help manage CX KPIs
- Achieve Quarterly Scorecard Targets
