Customer Services Assistant
Full Time 37 hours per week

A full time position has arisen for the part time role of Customer Services Assistant within our National Park HQ reception team at Pembroke Dock. The successful candidate will work with the friendly customer service team to provide a first class customer service experience.

Your main responsibilities:
• Provide a first point of contact
• Maintain the Authority’s corporate contact database
• Log queries into an electronic record management system
• Process payments


Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
• Previous Customer Service experience
• Highly organised with the ability to communicate confidently at all levels while maintaining confidentiality and discretion at all times.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Responsive to customers, partner organisations, contractors and staff members.
• Welsh Language skills (Advanced B2) are essential for this role.

Salary and Benefits:
Basic salary of £17,842 to £18,933 depending upon experience; minimum 23 days holiday rising to 28 days, plus public holidays; Local Government Pension Scheme; and flexible working arrangements.

The position will be based at our Head Office in Pembroke Dock; the office is an 8 minute walk from the nearest train station. We have secure cycle parking facilities and ample car parking. We also operate a pool car scheme for site visits.
